Q:  What are my financing options to pay for the program?

A: There are several types of financial aid available to Hondros College nursing students. Hondros College graduates have financed their education through:

      ▪    Pell Grants
      ▪    Hondros College No-interest payment plan
      ▪    WIA/TAA Funding
      ▪    Work Study
      ▪    SEOG Grant

In addition to any grant and scholarships for which they are eligible, graduates of the PN nursing program at Hondros College have also used loans to finance their education.

The median debt for PN program graduates in 2010-2011 was:
      ▪    Federal loans: $12,270
      ▪    Private educational loans: $5,000
      ▪    Institution financing plan: $0

Q: How long will it take me to complete this program?

A:  The program is designed to take 4 quarters to complete.  In 2010-11, the overall graduation rate for the program was 56%. 43% of students completed the program in 4 quarters.  If applicable, students are allowed 1.5 times the program length to complete the program*.
