Interviewing can be one of the most challenging parts of finding a new job. Most people equate it with public speaking. It doesn’t have to be that way, though, if you follow a few simple preparation tips, such as knowing your own résumé, researching the employer, and developing specific examples around common situations you are likely to encounter as a nurse.
